Change is inevitable. Everything is changing . The digital revolution has changed the way we work, study or play. It has brought about a huge change in the field of education, entertainment, socialization, Science, Arts,politics, medical and engineering sectors. The important thing to remember is that if we don't adopt the new ways which are evolving then we will be left behind. Infact we should be cashing on them in making our lives better, richer and smarter..
There are many people who resist change and that is where the problem lies. One should not fear the uncertainity, rather look at it with a positive outlook that there will be something better in store for them.Some people don't want to come out of their comfort zones and they feel threatened , some are happy with their present scenario and do not want to take challenges, some are fearful of the fact that what will people say, some are just mere lazy to put their efforts to good use and some have a very indifferent approach towards change and they think that whatever they have done all their lives they have yielded good results so why should they change their way now.Also there are people who are not competent, who have the fear of being exposed or they might lose their authority, they are not ready to change.They see change in a negative manner.
It is the psyche of the human nature to resist something new first but when it doesn't work then slowly and gradually some people come around and accept the change .Change in the way we dress, eat, socialize, work, teach, travel, entertain, bring up our children, their mannerisms and etiquettes have brought about changes from time to time but never before the way it is now with the fast pace that it is changing.
Due to tecnology and information age there is change in the way we think now. Our attitudes and our behaviour are changing. Our minds are accepting things that we would not have accepted a few years ago.
Change is here to stay ! For all those people out there who are reluctant to accept change and are resisting and restricting their thinking, think again --- don't bicker that nobody warned you!
